Script writing and ceremony support only

Some people choose to decide to conduct the funeral themselves following the death of a loved one.
There are several reasons why some people may choose to opt for a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) funeral service when someone they love has died. It may be that the deceased, or the bereaved, prefer to have a less formal ceremony instead of a traditional event.
Others may be looking for greater involvement in planning every aspect of their loved one’s funeral. They may want to conduct the memorial service or the ceremony amongst your family and friends.
If this sounds like you, I can help you write the script and order of ceremony, including ashes scattering with some form of special ceremony.
You may choose to organise all or part of the funeral yourselves. You may intend to call on a funeral director for certain services – such as looking after the person’s body in between their death and the funeral – or for help with funeral transport, being present at the crematorium or cemetery to help with the smooth running of the ceremony or buying a coffin.
Whatever your reason may be for arranging a DIY funeral, it should be given considerable thought. Some people find it stressful and overwhelming to organise everything themselves, especially during the already difficult time of bereavement. It does help if you have plenty of support from family and friends – being able to call on someone for advice may be very useful.
